About the Triathlon
The sprint triathlon includes a 500 yard swim in the Goldendale Swimming Pool, an approximate 14 mile bike ride leaving the swimming pool and going directly east on Bickleton Hwy approximately 7 miles and then turning around and going back to the swimming pool, and then completing an approximate 3.25 mile run. If you are not up to completing the triathlon by yourself, you can form a team up to three members. A duathlon is also included. Not into swimming and biking, don’t worry we have a separate 5K! Participants must be 14 and older.
The triathlon is a fund raiser for the Central Klickitat County Park and Recreation District and the local BackPacks for Kids program.
